Use the Activity Viewer
Use the Activity Viewer feature in Learner Manager to view the number of learners who have failed an activity (for example: progressions), the reason for the failure, and the number of records that should process successfully.
To use the Activity Viewer, click the Activity Viewer button on the Learner Manager ribbon, and then select the required activity.
Note: You can also display the Activity Viewer from the Process window, if there are any errors when you try to process an activity.
The Activity Viewer is displayed.
The current batch is displayed by default. You can select previous batches using the Current Batch drop-down list. The Activity Viewer table displays a description of the failed activity, the number of failed records, and also the number of successful records that should process successfully.
Note: When an activity has an error, even though some of the records would be successfully processed, the whole set of records remain in the original status and the activity is not processed.
You can view the records associated with a batch in Learner Manager, by double-clicking the required row. For successful records selected, you can then process these records.
